Schedule 2:

What are you expectations around grades?

They will equate to the amount of work put into the project.

What learning do you want to get out of the project?

Sensitivity, informed awareness of the company and its issues.

Respect to the clients and the members of the group.

Schedule 3:

Process

How do we recognize and harness difference in our learning and working styles?

We will set weekly goals at our Monday team meetings and check on their status during Wednesday class.

Time

12hrs a week. We expect equal collaboration. We will meet once a week on Mondays.

Communication

We will communicate during our Monday meetings and via our facebook group.

How will decisions be made?

Collectively, pros and cons assessment through discussion.

Disagreements will be resolved with empathic discussions

Critique

Make sure new work creates individually is shared amongst the group and feedback it given. This will be done physically during our monday meetings.

We will evaluate our peers work effort by considering their work ethic and contribution to the group. Engagement with other terms will be open and collaboration would be considered if it was beneficial for us and the clients.

Money and Resources

We will decided as the project progresses. We are mostly students so we would only contribute what money we can. We would try to keep the contributions equal. Significant purchases would be split evenly.
