Job Description

We are currently looking for one hardworking student to be the online co-ordinator for Earthlink’s Facebook page. Earthlink is a 20-yr old, multi-faceted non-profit organisation.

This will mostly involve generating relevant posts that promote the available facilities we currently provide within the Hutt and wider Wellington Region. To apply for this job you will need to have a great knowledge of how to operate social media for marketing reasons.

Things that are required of this position are:

-        Access to a car or public transport (The Wingate train station is exactly a 7 minute walk away)

-         Design and marketing skills

-        A social personality

-        Have a great way with words

-        Ability to follow provided guidelines and marketing strategies.

-        Self motivated and determined

-        Access to a camera device (This can include a cell phone with reasonable camera)

Things that are recommended for this position (but not required):

-        Take an interest in Non-Profit Organisations, Sustainable living and Mental Health Education

-        An interest in Photography

-        Sales experience

-        Interest in marketing design
